Ryland (akan Sven Sabre) was up to his old tricks pretending to own an entire apartment block in order to scam deposits and first month rent from people. Below is evidence that Ryland didn't own any of it (he's never owned a single property in his life)

For an apparently innocent man, Ryland must be the unluckiest person alive: he appears to have been arrested yet again. This time by West Yorkshire police at the apartment complex he claimed to own (he actually just rented one flat, then claimed to own the who building scam deposit funds- a classic Ryland scam)

Alas, the real victim is his Corgi which was sent to animal recovery.

Poor Ryland, despite claiming to be worth millions, he cannot rent a flat, possibly down to his 9/100 credit score. Looks like he'll be living with his mum for a bit longer.

p.s. he's still illegally driving around using a fake license, this time in rented Range Rovers in a desperate attempt to look rich.

Found out what he was doing and was blocked on everything once he realised I knew what he did. Claimed he lived in Dubai for the past 5 years…

Oddly enough, his old number has been "re-allocated" to a car dealership that also happens to be in Newcastle. The chances of a mobile number been re-allocated to a person in the same area are very slim of course:
