Our petit Turnip has been at it again with a collection of stupid names and fake profiles in order to illegally advertise property. He claims to either owns the buildings or has R2R deals with landlords- in reality it's all a scam. Therefore, look out for:

Their vision is "to bridge the emotional gap between buyer and blueprint". This ChatCPT based bullshit is part of the next wave of scam companies by Fenir Saba, now working under the alias Hades Malakai. He promised to create '1 to 1' CGI's that will 'shorten decision cycles' and 'build long-term trust'. We won't waste anytime in dissecting this nonsense.

Fenir is up to his usual tricks: pretending to own property and scamming people for rent deposits . This time however, he's not alone. Our pint size scammer can't set up a new company for fear of been exposed therefore, Luke Edward Webster is his new partner in crime. The company is Quadrant Lettings LTD, details are attached below. As ever, Fenir is blending into the crowd with his generic names. I honestly thought it was a joke, but apparently that's the name he's using now... I have no words. The little turnip is up to his usual tricks on Facebook, infiltrating the student accommodation markets of Birmingham and Cardiff using yet another name, Prior James. We've also been made aware he's still getting into bother with the police over his treatment of girlfriends, so if you or anyone you care about is dating this waste of oxygen, we highly recommend that you make some enquiries under Clare's Law.
