SABATAGE

Currently under investigation by Merseyside Police and the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. Crime Ref: NFRC 240 106 424 751

Fenir Saba, also known as Liam or McCauley Richardson is a property and retail scammer.

Originally hailing from South Shields, Fenir is currently residing in Liverpool, hopping from apartment to apartment after his girlfriends stop paying his rent.

Fenir is known to produce fake companies, adverts, lettings contracts and bank documents to claim property he does not own. He will then take deposits or investment funds but then the projects never materialise.

Fenir is also known for selling fake, high end watches and other luxury goods. A number of victims have entered a consignment contract with Fenir to sell their genuine items, however after the sale, the seller never receives their funds.

Fenir likes to use images that he has lifted from the internet for his adverts, in an attempt to make them look legitimate.

He will also take video footage from property viewings that he has arranged for himself, and use this as his own marketing material.
