In March 2024, Fenir Saba ( his name whilst in Liverpool) was told by the Security Regular the SIA that he was not "a fit and proper person" to work as a doorman. Of course, that didn't Fenir working illegally for Base Security in Manchester who recently fired him. Nor has it stopped him working the doors in Manchester and Runcorn alongside other places. Needless to ay, he still pretends to be a millionaire landlord whilst illegally doing door security work- here is our scamming turnip at work recently.

Taking deposits for flats he does not own and offering his unique brand of romantic services, our scamming turnip was operating in Manchester under the alias Cole Kinahan. Times are tough for our scamming turd as he ended up sleeping on someone's sofa for three weeks, before they realised he'd ripped them off as well and kicked him out.

He's also trying to do door security work, despite been barred by the regulator for a series of sexual assault allegations.

Our petit Turnip has been at it again with a collection of stupid names and fake profiles in order to illegally advertise property. He claims to either owns the buildings or has R2R deals with landlords- in reality it's all a scam. Therefore, look out for:

Their vision is "to bridge the emotional gap between buyer and blueprint". This ChatCPT based bullshit is part of the next wave of scam companies by Fenir Saba, now working under the alias Hades Malakai. He promised to create '1 to 1' CGI's that will 'shorten decision cycles' and 'build long-term trust'. We won't waste anytime in dissecting this nonsense.

Fenir is up to his usual tricks: pretending to own property and scamming people for rent deposits . This time however, he's not alone.
