Fenir Saba

This is Fenir / Liam advertising publically in the Facbook group "Uk Property Investors and Landlords" . Strange how he asks for £9.5k at the same time he apparently made £22.8 million off selling fake watches (see earlier post). In this advert Fenir claims to have a 4 storey office which in close to completion in March 2023. A previous JV (probably fake as well) had pulled out so he needs £9.5k to finish the job off and in return you get a very generous 30% profit share. Except you won't because:

• Fenir doesn't 'have' the building, he probably viewed it once but its let by the actual owners- see below

• It was completed several years ago and has lot of businesses already in there- see below

• All Fenir did was make a quick video, take some pictures and send in his scam advert to facebook

The real owners are in the image at the bottom. Yet again, another scam uncovered by using google images.

So Fenir, over to you to put together a load of fake documents and maybe even a fake police phone call? Or better than that, maybe a fake legal threat from the solicitors you can't afford or would even appoint you as a client. I look forward to your badly written reply with matching bullshit documents.

These are the people who really own the building- you will notice that on the 8th Febuary ( exactly one month and two years before Fenir's scam advert) that the building was complete and almost fully let with only one office advertised. We have also found out who the owners are and made them aware.
