** New Identity, New Company, New Scam: Co-Roost Workspace**

Fenir / Sven has fooled two more people ( Robbie Lee and Erica Wadlow ) to join him in his new scam business: Co-Roost Workspace. We hope they enjoy loosing money.

Using images and videos of commercial spaces in Tobacco Warehouse, Fenir walk around pretending to set up serviced office accommodation. In reality, the only experience of office accommodation Fenir has is:

  • Clockwise offices: kicked out for late payment and attracting trouble when people came to collect money he owed (Off The List Luxury Fake Watch Scams).

  • Baltic Co-working- he was kicked out when they found out he was committing property fraud

  • Basecamp co-working- where he was kicked out for scamming and claiming to have large companies that, in fact, never existed

  • Baltic Creative - he claimed to be an Architect that lived on an Alpaca farm in order to blend in (don't ask ) . It failed, they never rented to him.

Fenir has no experience of office accommodation and has a history of seeking investment for property he does not own or rent. The video below (from Sabre Development's now private instagram account - more on this in our next posts) shows one of his scams in the making.

Oh, and another Fenir classic trick: if you want your newly formed company appear minted, just type an imaginary figure into the statement of shares. Genius, your now suddenly worth £27 million quid! (Fenir still has a credit score of 9, see earlier post.

Good luck with that one Turnip- we've plenty more to come.

I know, it's strange that he manages to fund the entire office build but is then caught short when he needs the desks and chairs. This sounds horribly like the HubSquared scam he tried in the Baltic
