Why would your solicitor have not advised you to not engage with any of this straight away? Solicitors usually advise clients to keep their mouths shut straight away, they will also advise you to refrain from using any and all social media platforms that can harm your case. I find it very hard to believe that you actually have a solicitor and that they didn’t give you the most basic advice they could possibly offer you. Very strange.
