Solicitors as fake as his properties (a classic Fenir threat)
We have asked Fenir / Liam for a letter or email from his solicitors on several occasions. These requests have been ignored because Fenir has no legal assistance and often uses this threat in an attempt to silence the victims of his scams. Fenir will also tell you he has contacted the police which is also a lie.
There is a very real investigation against him where the information submitted has been assigned to a case officer- we received confirmation of this recently. Information on Fenir has been gathered for some time and you can report your story to https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ in full confidence that Fenir cannot identify you (he often claims he / his solicitor can but this is untrue).

Below are two posts Fenir has put on this Forum. We are aware he has tried this scare tatic on many people before so always remember:
Fenir works alone- he is not part of a larger organisation and he does not have any staff
He has no support from the Police as they are investigating him
Fenir claims to be in contact with the Liverpool Echo but they have told us this is not the case
He has no solicitor as he can't afford it and no solicitor would take on his case anyway
Fenir has no idea who is behind this site although he claims to have found us many times.
Fenir claims to have FOI requests but this is untrue Fenir: if you do have a solicitor, then why have they not emailed us to take the site down? And why can you not prove they exist?
