We've been notified that Ryland has been scamming people in Property Investor North East (PINE) and has been booted out of the group. Notifications have been sent to all 1.4k members of the group.
Stupid enough to think a group of actual property professionals wouldn't spot his illegal activity, our scamming turnip was pretending to own property yet again, in order to get deposits funds of people.
