Ryland (formerly Fenir) is targeting people on Facebook property groups in the Leeds area. He is using his girlfriends Facebook profile to reach out to people who are looking for properties.
In his new fantasy world, he allegedly owns an entire block of flats, specifically Victoria Riverside Apartments LS10 1FD. He is claiming that his family are now living in Dubai and he used to live in the building. When people are expressing an interest in viewing the property, he will send an invoice for a deposit, in the hope that they would be naïve enough to pay without too much questioning.

Obviously, we don't need to spend any time pulling this apart as the whole thing is clearly bullshit.
