Merseyside Police continue to update us on the investigations into Fenir Saba, after his websites have been shut down and his businesses investigated. Fenir has scammed people through:
The sale of wake watches and fake luxury goods (Off the List Luxury)
Consignment of watches (Off the List Luxury)
Fake property investments on facebook, using the renamed profile Fen Property
Fake apartment lets under the user name Fen Property- see below. Fenir does not own ANY property and he does not have permission to rent other people's flats through a Rent to Rent (R2R) agreement. If he shows you these agreements, these are also fake as we have uncovered in the past.
Scamming contractors who want short term lets through the 'Contractors UK' facebook page, stating "happy to negotiate if payments & bookings were direct & not through AirBnB." as he advertises someone else property and scams contractors for deposits- example below
Scam recruitment company 'Hire Up"
Fake beauty treatment room for hire alongside equipment sales
Fake trainers and fashion items
If you are one of his many victims, the action fraud case is active. The Post are also writing an article on Fenir as well: https://www.fenirsaba.com/forum/fenir-saba/fenir-s-under-investigation-by-the-post
Ignore any threats Fenir tries to make involving solicitors (that he does not have) or the police who he's not in contact with. He has been know to fake messages from the Police and recently fake social media profiles in an attempt to find out who is behind this site. So far, he has found nothing.
Fenir does not have any legal representation as he can't afford it. Despite claiming to be worth millions, he lives in an empty flat in Bootle, spending his days trying to live off scamming deposit money from fake adverts, mostly on property forums on Facebook.
