As with all of Fenir's adverts, it's completely made up. Fenir has no property (registered in the UK, NI or UAE as he claims) , he fakes his bank accounts and fakes legal documents. But by all means, ignore Natwest, Barclays, HSBC or any of the established institutes and plough your hard earned money into someone with no track record of success in anything whatsoever, other than embarrassing himself and soiling his pants.
