We've been wanting to say more about this ever since Fenir's article was published by the Post. However, we wanted to give Fenir ample opportunity to answer some simple questions (such as who are the JV partners he tries to blame this on). Fenir has failed to do this. After reaching out to a few people, here is why Fenir was booted out of Baltic:
Fenir was kicked out of ClockWise offices for non payment of rent. They didn't miss his as all Fenir did was attract trouble to the building, especially when people appeared to confront him about his fake watch sales. So Fenir trotted up the road to the Baltic Triangle and within a month got booted out of two coworking spaces. How we ask? Because he tried to scam other tenants there- here are three examples we were given:
Castle Street Offices:
In an advert on Saba Group Holdings (now renamed) Fenir claimed to have 'newly refurnished site located on Castle street' =. One small problem- some of the images showed a park outside the window. School boy error there Turnip- there are no parks off Castle Street. So they reverse searched it and the images were stolen from an office building on Adam Street in London

Derby Road- the building that didn't exist
Fenir's claim he owned 'Hive Office Space' off Derby Road in Bootle. Presenting images of an almost finished building, Fenir was optimistic about breaking into the Bootle office market. One problem: the site was totally empty:

Fenir's Hen Party House
A classic Fenir scam- fake an advert or a weekend party pad and pocket the deposit money. Of course, the images are fake- the slide shot stolen from a property in Glasbury-on-Wye

Fenir's Fake Text Message Excuses
So how does Fenir explain all this? Well, when caught red handed Fenir reached for his two burner phones and composes his classic trick - the fake text message exchange:
Yes, that's correct, Fenir has just added a new contact on one of his phones called 'James JV Office Space' and creates an entirely fake conversation with himself. This classic trick of creating your own text conversations has been used many times, often impersonating police, solicitors or other people to suit his fake stories.

Once these scams were discovered, Fenir was kicked out of one coworking space, only to join another one, just across the road, the very same day. He lied to them saying he had "15 staff in his last building and needed his own space". Fenir was kicked out of there a day later, once they discovered his scams and this website. You would think Fenir would stop there but our petit obsessive criminal can't stop himself...
He then lied to one landlord about been an architect who "lives on an Alpaca Farm in West Derby" . Needless to say they turned him away. He also stole images of another office building (Hub-squared) claiming it to be his own and created a fake investment opportunity.
Luckily for businesses in the Baltic, Fenir has moved on. Our little scammer now lives in Tobacco Warehouse (an apartment Fenir claims he owns but doesn't) and now tries to scam people on Facebook R2R schemes. We have notices all his facebook scams have been deleted as the police investigate further and block his sites.
We look forward to Fenir's fake legal threats after this one.
Oh- and this is the floor plan Fenir showed then that looks nothing like a Georgian building:
