Fenir's parasitic business activities are often found in Facebook groups- this time he has joined Learn2SA to scam people looking to get into serviced accommodation. Fenir's tactics are simple:
Message people on the group
Pretend to be a property owner ( he has no property ) or pretend to be worth millions ( he has no money and several large CCJ's against his name, not to mention a credit score of 9/500 )
Seek investment offering impossibly high returns.
His property adverts are all fake, as are his bank statements / app screenshots. They are often made by him inputting six figure sums of money into apps or doctored bank statements.
When you don't get anything back from him, he will claim his bank account is frozen or someone stole his money. When you question him further, he will send you fake screenshots from the police. He also fakes correspondence from legal firms.
We will make the group aware of this and no doubt, they will google his name to see the real Fenir: A desperate lightly educated moron who's running out of ideas and people to scam.
Update: Fen Properties has been removed from Facebook after reports if his scams. I'm sure our petit Turnip will re-appear soon.
