In reality:

1. Yes, more than likely there is: against you Fenir. After the way you treat people and all the bars you've been banned from. You're well known in the Liverpool Hospitality scene for the way you treat people, namly women.

2. They are called Osman warnings, unless you're in Scotland, which you are not. Nice try

3. Subjecting a live serious investigation? Do you mean 'subject to a live investigation'? On this last point, we can fully agree with you. It is Fenir- against you.
