Dear Fenir
As an experienced business man, you'll be aware that any company with a turnover exceeding £85k has to charge VAT. Currently set at 20% , this will be charged by you when selling your goods, held in your Santander 123 account (the obvious place to keep £22.88 million pounds) and payed to the HMRC every 3 months.
Jeremy Hunt must be delighted with your financial performance as it will have netted the HMRC a whopping £4,576,500 when viewed against your publicly declared turnover.
As ever, there is one minor problem. You forgot to elect yourself for VAT (please see below) but not to worry, I've started the ball rolling by electing OFF THE LIST LUXURY, company number 15116046 for VAT using a government gateway account. With government budgets becoming evermore squeezed, now is not the time to avoid your tax obligations Liam. Your VAT ID and payment referance number is usually generated in a few days and don't forget, the HMRC love to impose fines for late payments.
Whilst you have until 31st December 2024 to file your accounts with Companies House, you'll find the HMRC VAT collections department won't be so patient. Therefore, you better find £4.5 million quid pretty soon before they come after you.
Happy to help
p.s. now would be a good time to get that solicitor on board. Maybe a tax accountant as well.

Looks like he will be helping out the UK's nurses after all!
